Short Bio:

Abhijit turns ideas into defensible businesses. As an intellectual property consultant, he helps innovators, creators, and companies convert products, brands, and data into assets that protect margins and unlock markets.

With 8+ years of practice, he works across patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and contracts - focusing on strategy, monetisation, and long-term defensibility, not just filings. His portfolio spans startups, universities, and SMEs, often from first disclosure to licensing.

He holds two international master’s degrees in IP - one in Poland (IP law and technology) and another in South Korea (economics of innovation) - and is a WIPO Scholar. His work and advisory projects have taken him to 15+ countries for client engagements, speaking, and policy initiatives.

Abhijit has delivered 300+ invited talks at platforms such as FICCI, ICAR, IITs, and TEDx, and is known for making complex IP issues clear, practical, and actionable. He welcomes collaborations where thoughtful IP strategy can drive growth and valuation.
